Terms and Conditions:

• Participation in this event is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• RRN Vintage Caravan Show takes place in the Council carpark, off Bury St, Nambour 9am-3pm on Saturday, 13th August 2022.

• One caravan will win a prize for best display. Judging is entirely subjective, judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

• Prize for the best set-up is a week in a powered site at Cotton Tree Holiday Park!

• Caravans may take position from 7am. Set-up must be completed before 9am.

• Spaces are limited and will be allocated by Caravan Coordinator, Ilana Whiting.

• No entry fee. Spaces are strictly limited but all pre-registered vans are guaranteed a space.

• ‘Matched set’ towcars are included in this registration. Modern/non-matching tow cars will be required to park elsewhere.

• Vans must remain on site until after 3pm

• Vans may remain overnight by request, but must leave on Sunday 14th August.

  • No power available. No showers available. No fires permitted. Toilets in Council forecourt will be kept open for your use.

• Entrants voluntarily undertake any risks associated with the event and release Reimagine Nambour Inc and organisers and volunteers of Retro Rocks Nambour from any or all liability for damage, loss or injury, however caused, that the entrants may suffer as a result of or arising from breach of these terms and conditions and their participation in the event. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the organisers and volunteers of Retro Rocks Nambour may plead this waiver and indemnity as a bar to any proceedings they may commence against all or any of them. Entrants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the organisers and volunteers of Retro Rocks Nambour against any liability, claim, demand, cost or damage they may incur as a result of or arising from, whether directly or indirectly, breach of these terms and conditions and their participation in the event. This clause survives the term of this event.

• Your image and/or the image of your van may be used in promotion in association with Retro Rocks Nambour.
